What is a Giclée Print?

A Giclée print is like no other reproduction. This amazing technology has made it possible to reproduce images at a quality never before achieved. The process begins with the original art. The image is captured digitally and then scanned and proofed on either paper or canvas until an excellent representation of the original painting has been achieved. This process may require multiple steps until the final image is approved by Bonnie Jordan.

The prints are then made one at a time and each one is inspected, and individually signed and numbered by the artist. The editions are available on Rag paper or on stretched canvas in several sizes. The paper, canvas and the inks used are all of the finest archival quality. The edition size of each image is no more than 300 prints. Embellishment is when the artists paints directly on the Giclée print, which makes each print unique.
